Ramy, now I remember that name and the hate he got last time.

Man you look different dude, good on you for making improvements must b stoked with yourself.

Look there's noone on these forums worth taking advice about gear from. There are some successful guys on here no doubt about it none of those post in the roid section though and others with good knowledge and creds to back it up aren't on the forum at all. NZs best BBers are out there....umm bodybuilding.

The rest of them youve met dont post pics of how their cycle goes so don't trust anyone u haven't met in person or seen progress of, and tbh you probably look better than them, best to keep doing whatever u r doing away from public eyes.

Al the best

your such a fucking tosser... "no one on forum worth taking advice about gear from"

LOL! Bro... I am NATURAL... Deadlift more than you, squat more probably too and haven't trained as long as you have. So what if I'm fat, I'm stronger than you in the lifts that matter even though you've been on gear= YOU'RE A FUCKING TOOL!!!!!!!!!

Can't I laugh without you saying its licking ass lol. Bro you're a fucking cycle fail  Deadlift 160x10 after a few cycles and 3years training LOLOLOLOL! Like Boosting said, "I'd cry if I had Scott's genes"

How long is a piece of string mate? - I warm up on what you peak at, it's not a powerlifting thread  . From memory Boostings genetics weren't that great either. Posting Pms in a forum is bad karma.

Everyone needs to chill now - keep it constructive and the personal shit out of the threads.

hes just stating the obvious that lugi talks the talk but in reality doesnt know what the f*ck hes doing. short and sharp way of putting it and also the most accurate.

and lol at all thes other tools who have never posted a pic or competed in anything or proved anything.... just talked shit!

go call all yourselfs RAMY lol

There is a reason people who don't post pics..don't post pics, it's because often they are the loudest and if we were to see pics they would most likely end up an Internet warrior not an expert.

Even guys like soundsgood and many others who have accomplished alot are still the ones asking questions not handing out gospel...

If you haven't posted pics STFU!

Good on you for posting up our pics - I can't wait to see Jims :P

When I first read the title I rolled my eyes and thought here we go .... I have seen your posts in the steroid forum and had wondered how your training had gone since your last account got flamed. (Ramy). Those are good gains for 2.5 years mate - natty or AAS. All relative to genetics, and yours like mine, are pretty average. You'll definately get your 100kg but IMO it wont be pretty - not initially anyway - your frame is too small to carry the weight well but in 5+ years you may achieve it with a reasonable amount of conditioning . But thats one of the first rules of bodybuilding .... It is about TIME .. not drugs, not nutrition .... TIME > the longer you train, and the more consistant you are > the more you improve - either on AAS or off. (Drugs are not relevent if your genetics a fucked)

I agree with the others in that, the way in which you deliver your opinion can easily be interpreted as suggesting you have achieved some extensive knowledge around AAS. But what is painfully obvious is your lack of knowledge and experience in actual training and nutrition. (But to be honest your not the only unqualified person on the forum to give advice :P - (no Tom, not a jibe at you - and no there isn't hate for you on the forum :P )- just so angry lately - just like Jim

No real point to that statement other than you have a right to share your opinion but I think even with 3 cycles complete you are still a novice and very much so in terms of training (2.5 years ... your muscle is only just starting to get used to growing). As a result you shouldn't take offence to being called out on your direction - but perhaps some on here should know when to give up - points have been made - everyone can agree to dissagree.

Ramy posted his pics ... 1 point Ramy wah wah wah.

thanks for the positive comments/advice Optimass :) . just for the record(and i already cleared this up before) - ive only ran 2 cycles.

as far as my genetics i think i have somewhat good genetics. id have to disagree with you about my frame; most bodybuilders are my height and at a height of 5'9/10 with a wingspan of 6'3, most of that from my shoulder width, i have the ability to put on alot of muscle onto my frame. my chest measurement is 45" relaxed and spread(never measured) would have to be 48/49". as you can see from my photos, im not carrying that much mass but i have a reasonably big chest measurement; this is nothing more than than an illusion of my frame :D

thanks aswell Android. haha yeah...almost every frequent member of the board changed their avatar to my pic(that they drew all over(LMFAO)). good times, until i returned home to a ban one day  haha.

there are a few people's perspectives that i do consider on this forum. as you know, i really like to research and read the science behind everything(im very dubious like that :pfft:)

dw, i believe that; we have a monster at my gym who is 110-115 kgs @ 4-6% BF all year round!.."wait, what?"

tom - cant be fucked to quote all your shit :pfft: ..response: lol

ramy aint the first skinny guy who started on gear as soon as they started training and he wont be the last so taken that into consideration he has made good gains

wtf lol! fair call though. i can understand that a year and half(or a tiny bit more) isnt long; but keep in mind, i knew what i had to do (educate myself on nutrition and exercise) unlike the average joe who stepped into the gym for the first time.

yeah when i was a teen i was benching, curling and doing standing calf raises every day..the whole deano routine. so i feel my 18-20 months prior to using gear counted for maybe 3-4 years for the average joe(to get his shit on track). i hope this makes sense? :P

jim-btw im not trying to put my shit out there. nothing wrong with sharing your cycle information, its quite common. i never expect a moderator would reveal my previous alias, exploit me through a frequent poster by tracking my original alias that everyone knew by my real identity and then get him to indite that publicly.

So we can only comment if we post pics? Dont think so this is the internet I can say what I want about who I want when I want.

There are plenty of reasons people dont post pics, my reason is I dont want people jacking off to my dreamy body.

If some one Is crap and they post pics Im not going to stroke their ego by telling them they are great. For the most part the people who post their pics are the same people who watch in amazment when they see me curling more than they weigh.

So why dont you STFU. Egg.

what? im not trying to praise myself, im admitting im not that big at all though my chest measurement indicates i have the ability to put on alot of muscle(because of my shoulder width). is it my fault i have wider shoulders? :-s

I'm not really sure what you mean bro, you don't look like you have wider shoulders than an average male? they look a very normal width.

Sounds like you have a bit of a man crush on musclenz. He does have a lot of knowledge he should though he is about 100 years old, hahah

come at me bro! :pfft:

In all seriousness though he is far more qualified to give advice.

Actually jimjim has been pure gold this whole thread. Still lolling at the curling more than your bodyweight call :pfft:

You should PM Pseudonym that I dont think he likes me very much, his finger hovers very close to the ban button.

I hear his right index finger is overly muscular due to continual pressing of it!! This may be an urban myth?

Total urban myth, Jimjim. I make sure I alternate left and right index fingers when banning to avoid any asymmetry issues. (And for the record, the 48-hour suspension I gave you was the most lenient of the options the mods discussed.)

Anyway, back on topic... Wanabjakd, there is quite a difference in your before and afters, and good on you for posting photos. I'm not going to judge your decision to use AAS so soon, but I do think you could have made even better progress if you'd waited until you'd learnt how to grow off diet alone.
