you know whats funny? two years ago...i cant remember how heavy i was at the time but i remember everyone was giving me shit(then again i ask for it :lol: )...most of these members werent even around here back then; i remember telling everyone along the lines of "youll see...blablabla"...and now im here saying the same thing again(dejavu) :D

doing my first cycle and i basically ate like crazy thinking i was going to get jacked...turns out i got severely underdosed shit. because of that i didnt gain much besides water and fat

how do you make sure that you dont get some underdosed shit again?

hmm, thats a tricky one. there will always be counterfeited and bunk gear out there. even reputable underground labs and street dealers play dirty...you often hear about "bad batches", "underdosed gear","dirty gear" and the occasional "omg, my leg been swolen for the past 4 days"-gear :pfft: my friend recently had to use 400mcg of clen to feel something...clearly that was underdosed :lol:

to answer your question...all you can really do is buy from a reputable source, someone trustworthy. hope this helps.

LOL! Bro... I am NATURAL... Deadlift more than you, squat more probably too and haven't trained as long as you have. So what if I'm fat, I'm stronger than you in the lifts that matter even though you've been on gear= YOU'RE A FUCKING TOOL!!!!!!!!!

havnt been on gear for 4-5 months weighed a few weeks ago without eating or training properly for a long time was still 93 and could see abs. just saying its not that hard to keep gains post cycle.

When I first read the title I rolled my eyes and thought here we go .... I have seen your posts in the steroid forum and had wondered how your training had gone since your last account got flamed. (Ramy). Those are good gains for 2.5 years mate - natty or AAS. All relative to genetics, and yours like mine, are pretty average. You'll definately get your 100kg but IMO it wont be pretty - not initially anyway - your frame is too small to carry the weight well but in 5+ years you may achieve it with a reasonable amount of conditioning . But thats one of the first rules of bodybuilding .... It is about TIME .. not drugs, not nutrition .... TIME > the longer you train, and the more consistant you are > the more you improve - either on AAS or off. (Drugs are not relevent if your genetics a fucked)

I agree with the others in that, the way in which you deliver your opinion can easily be interpreted as suggesting you have achieved some extensive knowledge around AAS. But what is painfully obvious is your lack of knowledge and experience in actual training and nutrition. (But to be honest your not the only unqualified person on the forum to give advice :P - (no Tom, not a jibe at you - and no there isn't hate for you on the forum :P )- just so angry lately - just like Jim :grin:

No real point to that statement other than you have a right to share your opinion but I think even with 3 cycles complete you are still a novice and very much so in terms of training (2.5 years ... your muscle is only just starting to get used to growing). As a result you shouldn't take offence to being called out on your direction - but perhaps some on here should know when to give up - points have been made - everyone can agree to dissagree.

How long is a piece of string mate? - I warm up on what you peak at, it's not a powerlifting thread :lol: . From memory Boostings genetics weren't that great either. Posting Pms in a forum is bad karma.

Look there's noone on these forums worth taking advice about gear from. There are some successful guys on here no doubt about it none of those post in the roid section though and others with good knowledge and creds to back it up aren't on the forum at all. NZs best BBers are out there....umm bodybuilding.

The rest of them youve met dont post pics of how their cycle goes so don't trust anyone u haven't met in person or seen progress of, and tbh you probably look better than them, best to keep doing whatever u r doing away from public eyes.

Firsty not true the thing is the guys with the good knowledge are not spouting off that they are experts after only one cycle.

Secondly no need for you to blow smoke up his arse hes good a pretty high opinion of himself already.

And thirdly more people on here need to keep there business to themselves or there might be a knock at the door by the local police. there is a difference between a bit of advice from what you have learnt over the years but saying exactly how much your running now and what quantities you have to last you the year. Its stupid.

I think Android statement was a bit generalised Jim. (unintensonally) There are definately a few good and very knowledgable people on the forum - but they don't have to justify their knowlede because if you look at the content, it's not overdone and their post history is qualified. (obviously there is a few obvious guys that have significantly improved their physiques).

Ramy's physique change is quite good IME. Dramatic based on small bone structure, ectomorph and upper/lower summetry/balance not being there - but from what he started with he should be pleased.

It amuses me how people get knocked over because they went on cycle and didn't come off looking like Dorian Yates.

Again - the point has been made - he's got some training and study to do before he is "qualified" to offer the advice he does, in the context its being recieved. But to be completely honest - if you based your entire training and cycle programming off what one person on the forum says, without rsearching other avenues of knowledge then you deserve to make the same mistakes - just say'n :)
