i think TWL said he was training for 5 years if i can recall? that is impressive but i think i could achieve that in a shorter time; not that its a competition or anything, unless we put some bets down? :lol: 2 years from now i would have been training for 4.5 years and to hit 100kgs seems like a very realistic goal for me.

Bro write up your whole diet... Be keen to see how much you actually eat in a day

1)mass shake-2 cups milk, 1 cup egg whites, 1.5 cups oats, 1 large banana

2)2 homemade protein bars- each bar 30g protein, 36g carb, 10g sugar, 11g fat, 2g sat fat, 4g fibre and 70mg sodium.

3)mash potatoe with protein powder and tuna

4)mass shake-2 cups milk, 1 cup egg whites, 1.5 cups oats, 1 large banana

5)2 homemade protein bars- each bar 30g protein, 36g carb, 10g sugar, 11g fat, 2g sat fat, 4g fibre and 70mg sodium.

6)post workout-mass shake without milk and water instead.

7)chicken breast+peanuts+brocolli low carb meal

-protein shake before sleep

-protein shake in middle of night

all whole foods. this is on work days. over the weekends ill have at least one extra meal if not two. i have no idea how much im eating but ill be eating alot more next cycle.

i dont have the ability or time to prepare/eat whole cooked meals but yes those are "whole foods" as in...unrefined ingredients(excluding the protein powder)

Bro, don't make excuses as to why you can't eat better.... Shit steam some kumara for the day while you eat breakfast, chuck some chicken in the oven/grill that time, heck or even steak. If getting big etc means a lot to you then you will be willing to put in that extra time to prep foods etc! You have to take that extra step, esp if you're not a natural born freak lol

you can only eat and metabolize so much food...the more drugs you use the more food you can utilize...so clearly you need to accommodate nutrition to your drug protocol.

with enough gear and time accommodating nutrition for growth, why not?

You aren't going to get big off protein shakes and bars dude. For someone who knows a lot about drugs you are lacking a lot in basic nutrition... Even with fucking awful genetics you should have been able to get where you are now without drugs in half the time if you were training and eating right...

Bro you need to stop reading medical journals and steroid forums and read a fucking cook book... Please dont prattle on like you are an expert on everything bodybuilding, I was 60kg when I started as a full blown ecto and put on 18kg before I used gear.

If you weren't such an expert people would probably give you positive comment, and you Were asking me how long I'd been training like I had underwhelming results.....hmmm

You put on 18kg before gear, that makes 78kg and since done 4 cycles and gained 4kg to 82kg now? Anyhow stop talking about how agro you are on roids. Makes you seem like a complete tool!

this is actually pretty wrong bro. if you made ur current nutrition plan twice as good as it is now by including better foods and more of as range you could half your dose of gear and still gain better.

you can argue about receptor site sensitivity in different people all day, but at the end of it ther are guys who were rakes in the beginning and are now well above your strength and bodyweight on very minimal doses and its because their eating was spot on. steroids dont grow muscle its the food that does the steroids make it possible to gain more faster.... u try it, dont eat anything and take a gram of gear a week.... lol

actually dumbass; if you read, youd know ive only ran 2 cycles. i cut to 76 77 before doing my first cycle and i basically ate like crazy thinking i was going to get jacked...turns out i got severely underdosed shit. because of that i didnt gain much besides water and fat so before my second cycle i cut down to a similar bodyweight then bulked up nearly 10 kgs all the way up to 86. now i weigh 82kgs, ive lost some water, some fat and some muscle(my fault).

do your maths right retard, i gained 19kgs.

You have no carbs pwo nor the meal after?? Then you sleep. That's like 12 hours your muscles have no carbs after workout. No wonder you Havnt got more off cycles

i was begining to gain too much fat and felt it was unncessary. now that im implementing gh secretagogues i will be adding carbs to my last meal in my next cycle.

no; i ate enough during my cycle but not post-cycle and done more cardio than i should have. 5 kgs with native condition isnt much? im happy anyway.

maybe try read rather than asking alot of stupid questions ok?
