Hi all,

my name is josh and i am just getting back into bb after some time off with a spinal injury - (i fell off a rock climbing wall).

my goal is to get bigger, faster and, most importantly, stronger. the reasons i want to do this are a) to recover properly from my back injury and subsequent weakness, b) to be more manly, and c) who the f*ck doesn't want to be jacked?

i'm keen as for some advices, especially in how to overcome core instability and twisting through squats and deads.

Also, i just want to say that i think its awesome that there is this site for NZ; it's cool to read stuff from other people who are actually training here rather than in USA contexts etc. Plus, other NZers know about how shitting our laws are regarding supps....

anyway, look forward to getting to know you'all. lol.
