Another one: DB's go up to 90kgs, but have never seen them being used.... If anyone tried to row them you'd end up with Gymrat rows :shifty:

I don't know what you could actually use that weight for unless you're on roids.

lol they're covered in dust! The heaviest ones I've seen used, were 55kg for incline DB for 8 reps, and 60kgs for 8 reps DB rows

Oooooo 90kgs that a nice heavy DB. Im yet to see any here in ChCh too expensive I guess.
