i own this book. nothing special in it really. its good for motivation as it has a ton of pics. it has some basic info on diet etc in it. it talks about posing, and has a big section on exercises. i wouldnt encourage anyone to follow any of the routines in it. they are extremly high volume and most people would probably overtrain on them pretty easily. honestly you can find basically any reference materal you need on the internet for free. and if your the type of person that likes to read it on paper, you can just print it out

Do you own 'Supertraining' yourself?

No I haven't.

I'm waiting on a certain company to buy some of the Mel's books so it would be less of a hassle shipping them from overseas, but it seems that it's taking alot longer than I expected. So I'll most likely be ordering both of those books this week or the upcoming week.
