Thought I'd finally sign up here. I'm 24/m, just average body almost had the abs visible. Did a month of P90X up until christmas and made some good progress. Did a month of gym before that but didn't have much knowledge. Even now still pretty casual.

Here to just socialise with like minded. See what progress others are making and then push myself as well.

I'll get that terminator bod eventually. Might hit the gym again in future or get back into P90X, maybe insanity. We'll see

We all go through periods of better training than others, but the sad fact is that casual training gives casual results. You'll need to push hard for that terminator body!
