Thursday- Back/abs

- Cable row, 70, 75, 85, 95kg

- DB row- 22, 25, 27kg

- Wide grip chin-up- 4 X4 sets

- Lat pull down- 45, 50, 55, 55kg

-BB row, 60, 70 ,70kg

-T-bar row- 40, 50, 60,

-Upright row- 20, 30, 35, 40kg

-BB shrugs- 90, 100, 110, 110kg

- Bench crunch- 14 X4 sets

-Reverse crunch- 15, 16, 17, 19 plates- I think 19 is about 95 kg

-Leg raise 14 X4 sets

-DB side bends- 27kg X8 (X3 sets)

Back workouts have always been hard for me because I don't really have good posture. I always have to use the mirrors in my gym to make sure I am keeping my back straight. That is why tonight I decided to use lighter weights on the bb row(don't want to damage my back) 60kg was very easy but I think I will stick with those weights for a while and try and get the correct form.
