I'll just do 21.01 mins. I'm smaller and younger so cardio comes to me easier and I used to be a half back so I can really dig deep if some fat Islander thinks he's gonna run over me :lol:

On the serious I'm starting to think it's just an extreme hit of hayfever to be managed with vitamins, antihistamines, sleep and food

Well hopefully it's nothing serious but you know in a depleted state you aren't going to get better just worse if you don't attend to it..

Yeah were my thoughts too, looked a lot leaner today during posing afterwards but not sure if I was holding extra water yesterday or if my water is below what it should be today if you know what I mean.

Thanks, I think this next off season I'll implement some higher volume stuff but I hate the lower intensity/weights that seem to come with it

i get the dumb cunts bit but i would not say Pete fits into the strong powerlifter or big bodybuilder class just saying hes no bigger or stronger then the average member on here

You just say he's no stronger than the average member and complement his front squats? You trippin'? He's 5 foot 3 and weighs more than the average person on here... As far as strength goes umm lol Harry and SG are two of the few that can out lift him. Just sayin'.

Thought I'd hit you with a little update. Nearly 6 weeks in to the diet and down to 74.5kg (started at 82.2kg). Today's training was arms.
