Squatted the same last week working up to 5pps. This time I got 4 with 2 spotted sans the bleeding nose. Was told to stop squatting like a no drug tested lifter by Clive so will be bringing in my stance next week. Dropped down to 140 and got 8 reps before I called the set. Felt something in my back go "f*ck off c*nt". Tried 100 on my last but only got 10 before my back was screaming. Did 3 sets of extensions then 2 sets of BW lunges and that was it. Wasn't a good session but happy with the 1 rep increase on squats

Cheers BJ, although I'd say the session as a whole was disappointing, I mean 140 for 8, come on mayn haha but I was happy with my top set, just gotta sort out my stance

Started arms off with bi's tonight to hit them a little fresher. Started with BB curls, 4 sets working up to 60 for 5, dropped to 50 for 3 and 40 for 6. Moved to DB preacher and worked up to a 3rd set with the 22's for 8, last rep a real grind on the left arm. Finished with cable curls with the straight bar. With these I lean back a bit, lock my elbows in to the front of my hips and rep. 3 sets, final set got to 8, rested 10 then got out another 4 reps. Started tri's with rope pull downs to warm up the elbows 3 sets of 15, 12 and 12. Moved to close bench, 4 sets working up to 140 for 3, left arm went up the shitter and gave up on me so didn't push any further. Over head DB extensions, 3 sets at 50kg for 12 then back to the ropes for 3 sets of 10-8. All done and dusted in about 45 mins

Tonight's chest session started with bench. 5 sets working up to a working set of 140 for 3 reps. 3 sets of incline flyes working up to 42 for 8 then incline BB, 3 sets working up to 125 for 3 or 4, was aiming for higher but my chest felt like it would tear. Finished off with some cable cross overs, 3 sets of 12.

TOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO EASY

Back had it's highs and lows today. Worked up 1 plate at a time from 2 plates to 5. Got 2 reps and couldn't get the 3rd all the way up. Dropped back for another set of 12 at 180. 3 sets of bent over rows, 100, 125 and 140 for 10, 10 and 8. Used a machine tonight for my close grip pull downs, felt a little different. Worked up to stack for 7. Wide grip rows, just 2 sets of 8 reps. So the day started good and it wasn't that great after that. Back was too pumped and I'm getting some mild tendonitis in the left elbow. Not old enough for this shit. Vids to follow

No need for roundbacking, my upper back isn't weak :pfft: something that got drilled in to me by Clive Madge. A little bit happens though

Nah MG, I know I should for a bigger dead but I tend not to bring my quads in to it too much. My glutes hurt too much when I do it :-s
