BlueCollarLifter
Hey there everyone!.. long time lurker first time poster  Real name is Raj, 21yrs old, post graduate. I live in south auckland.. anyone else go to Fitness Plus Gym in Manurewa??Im about 5 foot 9ish..weight is at 90kg currently..not sure on bf%..somewhere round 16-19% im guessing. Im so glad to join a forum with members pro-dominantly from NZ!..finally my spelling won't seem strange I haven't actually been 'bodybuilding' since about a year 1 1/2 ago. Before that I wasn't really committed and in it for the wrong reasons. Obese as a kid and under-weight in my mid-teens before hitting 'average', I've seen it from just about all the angles.I used to think free-weights were primitive so I just stuck to machines before hand -Thought I knew it all.I've had a HUGE learning curve since then..still AND always learning. Also started to take it more and more seriously, its helped me a lot..in terms of being a former depressed-alcoholic.. You could say it is my meditation That doesn't mean I still don't wanna get freakin HUGE! Bbuilding sorta has been a part of me since a very young age, but through ignorance and lack of knowledge I quit multiple times. I used to have an attitude 'by-any-means-necessary' as a result of fustration. But I'm now begining to realise the positives of -and how far I can push my self naturally. -"Knowledge is the power".
