Josef I think you look really good, you have an awesome body, and ok maybe you are a bit of pretty boy but so what!!! These guys are just trying to bring you down. I have mainly stayed out of this but I think I can shed some light on both sides of the coin.

He is in good shape and I'm sure most people on here would agree to that. Problem is that he only ever posts photos of himself in the same couple of poses and contributes ZERO to the rest of the forum. Nobody would hate on the guy if he posted up one set of pics (for all you newbees this type of topic with Joseph posting pics of himself every 3 months is not unusal) asked for constructive critisism and took it with some humility.

Everybody needs to take a step back from the hating and Jospeh needs to pull the ego down a notch.

agree with the above but, he comes across as a little bit of a dickhead looking for his ego to be stroked. this must be about the 4th or 5th time we have seen the same crap from him with no real input on much else. The first time he posted pic's people were positive but it gets pretty fuckin lame after the 3rd or 4th time. Give it a rest mate unless you have something new for us. Try making some goals and gains in the next 6mths and THEN post up your progress not the same shit every 5 mins. You'll get alot less hating
