What gains should I expect

Hi all

New to site and just starting to try and get in shape.

Was 88kg but down to 76 through cardio and weights. Now looking to

build muscle without putting on too much fat.

Cardio back to an hour in the morning and looking at 3-4 days training of weight with one day per body part.

Using Gaspari real mass, amino acids and tribulus.

My questions are what sort of gains should I expect and are the supplements Im using ok or does it need tweeking.

lol training and eating are two different things.. yes they both go hand in hand. He needs to eat well, train hard and sleep lots to get results.. al common sense really

Yeah I know how it sounds but it all contributes to the gains haha.

Oh by the way Coaster, never tried Gaspari on the tribulus, but aminos are always good

you should generally get out what you put in. Training smart with a good programme and having your nutrition sorted should see you getting solid gains. There are however variables such as age etc. Alot of people might disagree with the age thing but I can only speak from my experience.

You could perhaps post up your stats, programme and diet and some of the more experienced guys on here can help you out.

Andy.

Calculating gains is almost impossible due the the untold variables coupled with the fact that everyone achieves different results even if they are trained in an identical fashion.

If you have everything within a general model where the environment is anabolic and you have an advanced knowledge of how your body reacts to the training and nutrition you have chosen. Using quality OTC products with no enhancement you can expect to make gains of at least 2kg of permanent lean mass per year.
