The Week That Was Number 39 got a reasonable amount of Benching in this one, 190kgs x 2 Raw. Squats start with Muay Tyler and The Deads well there is quiet a few. And the Famous IDS with the last word.

He wants to get to 60" but possibly needs to front squat 180 -190 and back squat 230, we have about 5 that can hit 50" so the race is on.
