These are the general terms and conditions for Gymnation competitions. They may be extended by any specific terms and conditions that are given for individual competitions.

1. To enter a competition you must have fully complied with all competition requirements.
   
2. We may check that entries are valid and can disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process, including submitting an entry that breaches these terms and conditions. We may also require contestants to provide further proof of authenticity in situations where there is doubt.
   
3. All entries, included submitted media such as photos and videos, become the property of Gymnation, and may be used in any form for promotional purposes. By entering the Competition, winners agree to their names and entries being published.
   
4. Unless otherwise specified, winners must be within New Zealand to redeem their prize. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable nor redeemable for cash.
   
5. Where winners are determined by means of a prize draw, the first valid entry drawn will win the relevant prize. Where there is more than one of each prize to be won, the next valid entries drawn will also win the relevant prize until all prizes in that draw have been allocated.
   
6. In the event of any dispute, Gymnation’s decision is final. In the event of unforseen circumstances Gymnation can substitute the prize for an alternative. No correspondence will be entered into.
   
7. Winners may be notified by email, private message, or public announcement. If a winner cannot be contacted within 1 week, or the winner is disqualified or otherwise unable to use the prize, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be selected.
   
8. Gymnation reserves the right to extend, cancel or amend this promotion at any time.
   
9. Gymnation is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
   
10. Information published by us on how to enter and prize details form part of these terms and conditions – and, where conflicting, supersedes these terms and conditions. Any entry not complying with both the competition-specific requirements and these terms and conditions is invalid.
    
11. By entering the competition you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
