Bored at work so heres some life progress pics~ first one is back - difference in the pics is about just over 1 year of power lifting. Dead lifts, they do the body good. This one is a diet I did for a holiday in Tahiti - this is about 8 weeks of dieting - 119kg on the left down to about 104 or so on the right. Did 45 mins a day cardio, least I've ever had to do, stoked haha! This one is just life in general gainz 2011 when I sorta went from cardio bunny and picked up weights properly til end of the diet pics I posted up above - well 2 weeks from actual holiday, did my usual "im lean now so might as well slack off" Anyways thats about that Skeletor, soundsgood, Boosting and 3 others 6 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Have never done a water deplete but since its just a push pull no massive issue if i don't make i reckon if i drop back down to 106ish before I do it should be easier since I just weighed in about 20 mins ago at a naked 112, ewps!
