Been reading this forum for a long time and finally decided to take the next step. Been on and off the weights since I was about 14, mainly for sport but always wanted to be a bodybuilder since I was about 7 and saw the beginning of Commando one new years around 1987...

I'm 6'3 113kg and probably 30% BF. Haven't seen my abs since about 1998 when I weighed 93kg. I've been lifting consistently 2-5 days a week for about 18 months but have only just made a real commitment (taking a note book and pushing up the weight or reps etc) in the last 6 months and am really surprised at the difference it has made making sure I go to the gym on that 4th or 5th day.

My goal will is to one day get on the stage, but at the rate I'm going that will be a long way away. I seem to be able to grow muscle (although never enough for my liking) but cannot seem to master the diet thing. I feel the mass underneath but never get to see it. Guess I'm addicted to comfort food too much or something.

Last year I was doing a 4 day training week doing up to five sets per exercise, two muscle groups per day. This year I'm experimenting a bit and am into my third week of Max-OT. Look forward hanging around the forum and learning all your advices.
