Not that I know anything about gear but I'm sure those that do will ask for some stats anyway, so what's your height, weight, bf%, training experience etc?

good idea im about 5' 10", weight80kg, ive trained 3/4 times a week for 2 years now, body fat % unsure :?

he should post up his proposed first cycle. if someone i knew came up to me and asked whats good to take for first cycle, id tell them to f*ck off! if they came and said hey what do u think about this or this iv done some reasearch and this what i think would be best for me... then i would give them the time of day.

joshi, is ur mum still wiping ur arse??

http://www.google.com - search steroid first cycles, if you cant find helpful info on this forum read other ones till u see lots of common answers then google the common answers and read if u dnt know what nolvadex or enanthate is then google that read about that then go back to the shit u were reading b4.

its not diffcult...

somone like you should do academic tutoring, spend your money on your brain rather than you body. then when you feel confident in the field of common sense then perhaps build your body.

Well said. This is by far the best advice you could take

The advice you will get from nzbb regarding your first cycle is Test E.

Test E is is the simplest to use, and the most inexpensive.

An all round strong anabolic that is used in many beginner and advanced cycles.

http://www.steroid.com/novicecycle1.php

You need to go do some reading on not just the substances but the safety issues around taking AAS and I wold recommend reading up on how to inject yourself. I feel thats the hardest part.

What are your goals when starting this cycle? Getting massive? Dropping BF?

I can now say from experience that test alone doesn't have the amazing fat burning properties I had hoped for. If body recomposition is the goal here than try some other strategies to address that first before turning to gear.

Good luck and happy reading :D

Try an be civil who are you the forum police? thats what mods are for not you.
The mods are only needed BECAUSE people don't behave themselves. What tom had to say was fair enough and provided some useful info which is better than telling the guy to just f off.

Agree. I don't think the best way to make friends is to argue with/annoy regular posters before making any quality posts.

You have to inject it deep into muscle. Does that appeal to you? Could you self administer?

The biggest cost will be your diet, and the time you need to put in, in advance of any cycle. 2/3 years is not time, as such. Effort over that time is.

Research, as everyone is suggesting is important. You probably have an inbox full of deals. You can get cooking oil cheaper at PacnSave.

Course 2 - How do anabolic Steroids Work

Presented by: http://www.isteroids.com

Testosterone is responsible for almost all of the developmental

changes in a male during puberty. Pubescent anabolic changes include

muscle, bone and red blood cell growth while androgenic effects

include deepening of the voice, enlargement of the penis and testes,

facial and body hair growth, increased aggression and libido. Anabolic

steroids are used to mimic and enhance the anabolic properties while

minimizing the negative androgenic properties. Unfortunately, the

anabolic effect has a direct effect on the androgenic effect; therefore,

the steroids that have been found to be the most anabolic are also the

most androgenic in nature.

Anabolic steroids work by stimulating the receptor molecules in muscle

cells. This activates the genes to produce proteins. After the steroid

has entered the body, either through injection, ingestion, or

transdermally; they are carried throughout the body by the

bloodstream. Eventually, they make their way to muscle tissue where

they attach to the cell wall and receptor sites in the muscle.

Steroid hormones cause changes within a cell by first passing through

the cell membrane of the target cell. Because steroid

hormones are fat-soluble, they are allowed passage

through the phospholipid bilayer, which is just a fancy

term for the outer layer of the cell membrane that is made

up of fatty acids. Fat-insoluble molecules, such as nonsteroidal

hormones, cannot pass through this fatty layer

into the cell.

Once inside the cell the steroid hormone binds with specific receptors

located in the cytoplasm (the liquid layer inside the cell which offers a

cushiony layer of support) of the target cell.

The steroid hormone is then passed into the nucleus and binds to

another specific receptor on the chromatin (a mass of genetic material

composed of DNA and proteins which is located in the cell's nucleus).

After binding to the chromatin messenger RNA (mRNA) molecules are

produced through a process called transcription. These mRNA

molecules are then transported into the cytoplasm. Through the

process known as translation, the mRNA molecules allow for the

further production of proteins. This increase in protein synthesis,

which as we discussed previously, is the process in which the genetic

code (carried by messenger RNA) directs cells to produce proteins

from amino acids synthesis with in the muscle is how muscle size and

strength is increased through AAS. This anabolic process also creates

and anti-catabolic effect, which means that protein breakdown i.e.

muscle loss) cannot happen in the presence of Anabolic Steroids

In order for anabolic steroids to have the most beneficial effect on

physical performance, heavy resistance training as well as proper

nutrition is recommended. Research has proven that athletes

experience increased strength, performance and endurance during

training sessions while using anabolic steroids. The effectiveness of

anabolic steroids is also directly dependent upon unbound receptor

sites in muscle. Intense training sessions can increase the number of

unbound receptor sites; therefore increasing the effectiveness of

anabolic steroids.

hope this helps a little.

Course 5 – The Negative Effects of Steroid

Use

Presented by: http://www.isteroids.com

As you are now aware, Anabolic steroids have been proven as being

effective in enhancing performance. The trade off, however, is the

possibility of negative and side effects, which

poses potential danger to the health of the user.

Generally, oral steroids have more negative

effects than their injectable cousins. Also,

steroids containing a 17-alkyl group have

potentially more adverse affects, in particular to

the liver. Negative side effects are commonly

seen when athletes and bodybuilders use more

than one harmful compound simultaneously, a

practice known as “stacking” or increase

dosages which is not uncommon to be seen upwards of 40 times the

recommended amount.

The frequency and severity of side effects varies per individual and

often has been related directly to several factors such as type of drug,

dosage, duration of use and the individual sensitivity and response.

Common side effects include:

Inhibition of Natural Hormones

The inhibition of natural hormones is probably the most common side

effect experienced with anabolic steroid use. In almost all cases,

adding a hormone into your body will trigger its “negative feedback

loop,” meaning a message is sent to your endocrine system that it has

enough of the hormone and to stop producing it. In other words,

when the body recognizes an increase in testosterone it sends a signal

to the testes to stop producing it. Therefore, as the level of synthetic

hormone rises, the level of natural hormone production falls. In

almost all cases, this inhibition is over once the steroids aren’t active

in the body anymore. Post Cycle Therapy (PCT)” programs have been

developed to combat this. For example, HCG and anti-estrogens are

among the drugs used with or after a cycle to avoid inhibition of

natural hormone production.

Liver Damage

Steroids, especially the oral version, like every other ingested chemical

are passed through the body’s filtration system: the

liver. The liver break down certain enzymes then

allows them to be passed through the

bloodstream. The constant breakdown of harsh

chemicals can eventually become toxic to the

liver. Much like alcohol, it is related to dosage and

frequency, a few short cycles can be compared to a

social drinker, and will not inflict much harm on a

healthy liver. When dosages become extreme or the

user never comes off the drug it compares to the horror stories of fullblown

alcoholism and liver toxicity. When used wisely liver damage

can be avoided.

Effects on Cholesterol

Steroids can lower levels of HDL (good cholesterol) while raising LDL

(bad cholesterol). Therefore, steroids have been linked to arterial

damage. This is only a temporary effect and can be monitored

through blood testing while on cycle. Cholesterol levels will most

always return to normal post cycle.

Gynecomastia

Gynecomastia is the medical term for the development of female

breast tissue in males. This is due to aromatization, the process in

which excess androgens are converted into estrogen. There are

warning signals associated with its onset; therefore there is time to

discontinue or decrease the dosage of the cycle. Often anti-estrogenic

drugs such as Nolvadex or Arimidex or aromitase inhibitors such as

Letrizole are used to counteract aromatization and destroy the

estrogenic tissue. Advanced or unresponsive Gynecomastia is

permanent and can only be removed surgically.

Acne

Steroids cause increased production by the skin’s sebaceous glands,

which causes the skin to become more oily. When the skin’s oil

combines with bacteria, pores can easily become clogged and acne is

formed as a result. Steroidal induced acne can be combated with

regular cleansing of the skin, products containing salicylic acid and

possibly adding topical anti-androgenic products.

Increased Aggression

Increased aggression, commonly dubbed “Roid Rage,” by the media is

an uncommon side effect. Psychiatric symptoms such as increased

violence; mania and psychosis can be associated with AAS. General

temperament plays a large role in how a person will respond

psychologically to steroids. Those more naturally inclined to be

aggressive and temperamental should use steroids with caution.

Baldness

If genetically predisposed to male pattern baldness, steroids can cause

a user to start balding more rapidly. The scalp reacts

specifically to Dihydrotestosterone (DHT), which

many steroids are either derived from or convert to.

In addition to the mentioned side effects several others have been

reported including: Cardiovascular problems, virilization effects in

females, stunted growth in children, prostate enlargement, high blood

pressure, kidney problems, decreased immunity and sterility in both

males and females. Although some side effects are permanent, most

are often reversible with cessation of the steroid.

very important to read and understand just what could happen if you do'nt plan your cycle right down to the little things.

more to follow.
