Cheers guys, they were some quick replies. Not anything in particulair. Just general info, im just starting up so any proven (with pics) exercise guides. Any good supplements to jump on. Main one at the moment is a good way to help muscles repair/recover. I work really stink hours so find good sleep patterns hard to come by (which from what ive read is probably the most important thing in recovery). Yeah... thats pretty much it...

I'm sure the others will have some good info for you. I get my exercises of bodybuilding.com they have pics & vids to accompany. :) GL

I don't really have any experience in the supplements area so will leave for the others to comment :)
