I've just installed this..... awesome - no more guess work.

Pick your foods from the millions listed in the database, add them to your favorites list (this is easy cos we all eat the same things every day) and then tell the thing what you had, how much and when and the rest is done for you......

You can track your weight and workouts with the app too but I just use the Nutrition Tracker.
