Hi everyone :-) hope your weekend is going well.

I live In Dunedin, I have been a competitive runner for years. Now I have three wee sprouts, so my focus has changed and running has been for fitness. I would love to try body building for a goal to regain strength etc. Are there other forms of body building i.e body sculpting? How would I get started? I've looked at my nutrition, have been running, started bikram yoga and started weight reps, but need to get involved with a Dunedin trainer if I am up to it!
