im about to start a cutting phase im my workout regime and im considering taking some thermos for a little extra edge.

i do weights at the gym 5 times a week and quite intense ( im milllitary) cardio 3 times a week.

is there any recomendations of thermogenics that have actually worked for people, and are they worth taking at all?i was considering ripped freak or lipo6 x.

also test boosters yay or nay?

Get oxy-elite pro its the best one out there in regards to thermos,make sure you are eating every 2-3 hours and keep your protein high,because if you are reasonably lean to start with that shit will smoke your muscle, its really strong.Try to use a good quality protein shake as-well if you can afford one optimum nutrition is the way to go imho.
