Just spotted this on the NABBA/WFF website. This is a huge. IFBB Pro at a non IFBB event. Don't think IFBB pros can even watch non IFBB shows in this country, let alone guest pose???

Good on NABBA/WFF and Priest. It's all bodybuilding!!!

NEWSFLASH: The FABULOUS Lee Priest will be guest posing at the NABBA/WFF Adelaide Grand Prix on Saturday May 7th .... he will also be holding a NO HOLDS BARRED seminar earlier that day and introducing his ASSASSIN NUTRITION range to the Adelaide bodybuilders .... LOL when I first read this topic I thought he was coming to the show in chch. Guts

Not sure bro. These guys will have some big names guest posing at their shows in the next couple of years. Remember Jim K at Christchurch last year? He competed a few weeks out from the Universe and I was blown away. I commented to Smithy that I would leave home for that! I am actually straight. :oops:

IFBB pros have tight contracts which don't allow them to compete in other federations and guest posing is probably also not allowed.

I think NABBA/WFF welcomes all competitiors. Last year there were examples of competitors who attended both the NABBA/WFF nationals and the NZIFBB Nationals. Nuria Nova is one I can think of as well as Simone Jarden.

Lee's a guy that has always said it like it is. He's never bought into the politics in pro bodybuilding which has often landed him in trouble with the IFBB. I heard a rumour he's planning a comeback in the 202 class.

If you want to hear something real funny there's a youtube clip of him in a fitness store where he starts taking the piss out of Jay Cutler. The punchline's him saying the most growth Jay's had since turning pro is in his jaw (something along those lines) CLASSIC.

Its actually Lee whos got the big mouth. Check out his comments on Anabolex & Muscular Development forums. Hes a no holes barred kind of guy that has never conformed to the "rules" imposed on Pros by the IFBB Exec. But really why hes appearing in Adelaide will be to promote his new nutrition range I expect. Doesn't take away from the fact thats hes been a great BBer with exceptional symmetry. Pity he's such a short ass. :D
