Does the "Ab Circle Pro" even work?

Just out of curiosity as ive seen the ad so many times.

A stupid friend has one. I tried it and it was shit.

It "works" in the sense that you are doing a tiny bit of cardio,

which means you might lose a tiny bit of weight,

thus exposing your tiny abs a tiny bit more.

better than nothing i quess. but will only get you so far. loose some weight and start to feel better doing zumba with ur 300g DB's

money better spent on some good walking shoes and have a daily run or jog or even a walk every morning.

Anything sold on a infomercial should not be trusted or brought. If you want to see your abs, start in the kitchen.

Lots of opinions from people who dont own one. I brought one and it is the best thing Ive ever brought.

I dont have time to go to the gym so I hop on my ab circle pro every morning for 5minutes which is the equivilent to a 90 minute high intensity workout.

Ive swung my way to a better body. I now look like a chest and ab model.

In the evenings I do Zumba Ive zumbaed so my people confuse me as a latino especially when I just break into a zumba dance at work.

Dont be jealous that I now after only a week of ab circling and zumbaing people think Im a latin abs and chest model

Pretty much exactly why I don't buy mags anymore! 3/4 junk ads, 1/4 info.....it's bullshit! And now the nets around who needs it?
