Thanks for the feedback guys.

looks good

id combine ur 1st 2 meals amd make the 1 or add carbs to meal 1 and protein to meal 2

M1: I'll think of something - piece of fruit maybe.

M2: ADDED: 2 desert spns of Nat Yogurt and 2 desert spns of Cottage Cheese.

Drop the fats with your PWO shake.

Any reason for this? Move them to the pwo 'meal' instead?

mmmm coffee, yummo!

Now you're talking my language.....

0800: 1.5 cups of oats in apple juice. Strong fresh plunger coffee.

How does that taste man?

Awesome IMO. Much more refreshing than milk for instance. Although you'll have to find protein from an alternative source as I've just discovered..... maybe I'll go back to milk!

c1 c4 coffee is the best in chch

i used to live above c1 back in the day

That would be deadly for me - I'd need another mortgage!

Don't boast man! I have to make do with shyte plunger coffee...although my little cheat is that i use a wee bit of cream instead of milk...makes it easier to go down ;)

It's a treat! Plunger is the norm, I like it though and it has to be better than instant huh!!!

Looks decent, why so many tiny meals though? You may as well just combine a few.

0630: 35g WPC shake or 4 desert spns natural yogurt + 200ml milk

0800: 1.5 cups of oats in apple juice. Strong fresh plunger coffee.

Could easily have these at the same time.

1400: 185g tuna w/ wholegrain bread or bagel. 300ml milk. Cup of green tea. Handful of dry roasted peanuts. (going to swap out the bread with brown rice)

1600: Peanut butter or cottage cheese (loaded high) on rice crackers. Piece of fruit.

Same with these

2000: Milk, peanut butter or cottage cheese.

2200: 35g WPC shake or 2 desert spns cottage cheese + 200ml milk

Ditto again.

Your current eating schedule must rule your life! Eating every 2 hours just isn't necessary, you could free up a fair bit of time by just combining a few of those meals.

Thanks Phed. Good to know I'm eating right at least.

Reasons for so many meals........

The 0630 is as I'm heading out of the door......with seconds to spear, just so I've got some protein in me as early as possible. Get to work an hour later, sort my shit out and then have breakfast ie 0800 meal.

I leave work at 1600 (hours drive home) so have that 'meal' as I'm walking out of the office. If I didn't do this I'd go from 1400 - 1800 without anything and that's way to long for me. I'm not going to go down the route of "I've got a fast metabolism" but I can't go 4 hours....... Same with the 2000 feed, I'm hungry then after the 1800 feed. Finally the 2200 meal is right before I hop in the sack for 8hrs of no eating.

The eating regime suits me pretty well and I've always eaten consistently during the day it's not a 'new' BB thing so I'm used to it ;)
