Pre workout sides

Unfortunately all or most pre workout supps have this problem because of the caffiene which is a duiretic and if you are stimulant sensitive then this is going to effect you in this fasion. I'm not sure if the dmaa in it has duiretic properties as well but someone on here will probably have the answer.

My advice is change your training to first thing in the morning and then use jacked or whichever you prefer to give a boost. You will still piss like a fountain but soon your body will start getting use to this and you'll find that you will start pissing a little less. If you cant do morning training and you dont want to get up all night then dont use pre workout supps.
