Found this article about Iowa footballer being hospitalised after gruelling workouts. In one case the players performed timed 240 pound squats for 100 reps. Seems that 13 of them found it a little too tough!

Isn't 100 squats the whole point of the 10x10 programme? Sure, it's difficult, but most people don't end up in hospital. I suppose it depends how often you do them, but it seems a little strange. :-s
