Goal: 90kg (for now)

Have not included macros for Dinner as it is different each day.

Looks pretty good im on a similair bulk and have put on 2 kg in the last month.

Pretty good layout and plan there fella. Personally I would say get rid of the muesli and replace it with oats and flag the toast. Also swap meal 3 & 4 around to help fuel your workouts.

I'm not a fan of bread, I actually love the stuff but it really shouldn't be in your diet. Try replacing it with Kumara/ couscous/ rice. Also give yourself some cheat meals during the week while you are bulking :pfft:
