hey so i'm 5'11, 69kg-trying hard to gain kgs...

I've been taking whey isolate (from reactiv) but ran out. haven't got enough $$ to spare yet so my brother gave his supplements since he's travelling for a bit. problem is he's using horleys ripped factors which has thermogenic stuff and is basically made for cutting.

my question is should i keep taking the horleys or should i just get some proper supplement, ie would it do more harm than good? (im trying to bulk up)

its got enough protein (think ~80%%) just not sure if the other additives are gonna make me lose more protein than fat...

It's certainly not to do any harm taking Ripped Factors. As you say, it is slightly counter-productive, but I'm sure any fat-burning effect can easily be overcome with a decent bulking diet. Having said that, Ripped Factors isn't cheap, so I'd be tempted to save it for your next cutting phase when you'll actually make full use of it.
