It's not illegal, but I'm pretty sure it requires a prescription. I'd take Melatonin over Zopiclone anyday.

Yeah should have said its not OTC. Havnt actually tried Melatonin because never been able to find it, although never tried that hard tbo. Keen to tho.

if im trying to sleep and the brain is racing away about shit i need to do tomorrow, about 10 min of listening to a sleep pattern soon makes me feel groggy enough to sleep

I have had great results with huperzine A. All the supplements that aid in lucid dreaming are neurotransmitters, basically helping connections in your brain.

There is an AWESOME product which Joe Rogan supports, called Alpha Brain. Unfortunately, one part of it is banned in New Zealand, so if you get the ingredient list, you can import them all seperate, apart from the banned one (I think it's 5-HTP, off the top of my head).
