You should also check out Steve Oliver as well. He has a Gracie Barra School in Auckland that is highly rated and I hear he is a top guy as well. If your looking to improve your conditioning I would suggest you look into this as an option.

Gracie Barra is all about learning BJJ in a safe and welcoming environment. They certainly don't have dicks there. Nice bunch of guys, big on respect.

i trained here for 7 months during my time off from weights and prob would have carried it on had i not fell thru a glass window lol. yes steve is a really good guy, great instructor too. i went away from every lesson having learnt soemthing and confident about putting it into practice on someone of my same beginners level. great fun too. steve is a world champion in bjj and also was a very strong powerlifter in his younger days. him and doc squat went to the worlds twice together for powerlifting. highly recommended.

cheers maximus.

TT less than month ago u wanted to be bench specialist now u wanna be mma fighter? whats going on bro? mid life crisis at 20 years old?

Where did I say that I wanted to become a fighter?? All Im looking for is somewhere to do my conditioning 1-2x pw.

u said striking and ground work also... dont make excuses.

look bro u can take this advice or not its not biggie to me...

when shit gets too hard to handle, work harder! your constantly changing ur goals you not gonna get anywhere doing that. when something gets hard for u u try find sumthing else that u can perhaps do that will be easier... you think ull get a 200kg bench doing mma? no ur not.

its all good to chop and change when u young thats the beauty of it.. but not on a monthly basis. stop talking about what your gonna do and instead put in some fucken hard yards grow some man sacks and do something! i think ur a good guy with potential, i would like to see you acheive something. im just being honest here, dont take it the wrong way instead use it as motivation to achieve a goal.

my goal is the total i want at bbro, im shooting for the stars. hey i might land on the moon and not get it. but that my goal and im putting all of my possible effort into achieving that. and i wont stop till i get it if not this year ill continue next year. when iv got it ill make a new goal.

it takes hard work to achieve somthing great, nothing great comes easy.

Tomsammce - sayin' it like it is since 17 Aug 2010. hhahah
