so what do i need to do to get the lean mass gain going on?

just aim for 200-300 extra cals per day above matience?

progress in weights each week or extra reps

Yup correct man, but don't go off maintainance calorie counters nesscessarly (you will probably have a pretty good idea of what yours is)... I find i am quite a bit above what most counters would say. Like if was to eat "maintainance calories" i would lose weight is what i mean...
