Not trying to preach and get all high and mighty on you - you can make your own choice. I'm only saying in case you weren't aware, and in case you care ...

Hoki is on the Fish Red list

How do you guys cook up ya Hoki/Cod?

I am having hoki for dinner every second night at the moment. Its the ocean monarch 1kg frozen stuff.

we just have a brand new non stick pan, stick it in there frozen, sprinkle a little gregg's chilli & lime seasoning on it. JOB DONE.

dipped in a beaten egg, rolled in bread crumbs and fried in butter .... mmmmm :)

so you pick the protein source with the least amount of fat of ANY & then add it back in ! B for Brilliant :wink:
