Howdy bigcanadian

This is my current diet. I'm around 107 kilos at the mo.

When I say 'whey' I mean a blend of fast, medium and slow digesting proteins.

Waking up

55g waxy maize starch

55g whey

10g creatine

10g glutamine

3g beta alanine

3g acetyl L carntine

2nd meal

2 slices wholemeal bread/toast

6 whole eggs

slice of pineapple

3rd meal

250g chicken

80g rice (dry weight)

veg

10g walnut oil

slice of pineapple

4th meal

60g whey

400ml semi skimmed milk

20g natural peanut butter

5th meal

same as 3rd meal

6th meal (pre work out)

55g whey

50g oats

7th meal (post workout)

60g waxy maize starch

55g whey

10g glutamine

5g creatine

3g beta alanine

3g acetyl L carntine

8th meal

250g steak

300g baked potato

veg

10g olive oil

slice of pineapple

before bed

55g whey

400ml semi skimmed milk

20g natural peanut butter

10g glutamine

I usually change my diet every 4 months. :)
