I think you've got the 1 cup of oats way overestimated. Not sure what it is, but fill the cup you'll be using with oats and then pour them onto digital scales if you have them. I think 1 cup of oats is roughly 100g but don't quote me on that, which would be closer to 10-15g protien, 50-60carbs and 3-5g fat I think.

Also why the eggcel? Would be a lot cheaper to just use eggs and include the yolks, they're good for ya.

Looks good in general, bulking's a lot easier than cutting though and you don't need to be as strict. As long as you're getting enough calories in to grow with a good amount of protein fats and carbs, and you train hard which is a given you'll be fine. Up the calories a bit if you find you're not gaining enough, drop them a bit if you find you're gaining too quickly and putting on more fat than you want. Easy.

Yeh I think I'm over thinking it a bit now :pfft:

I will not be using the sups at first and just track my cals on my ipod.

Probably just need to eat heaps of food and then take it from there :D

Unless you're a herbivore I hope you're not including the protein you have in your oats, banana (why did you even bother to write this down) cucumber and tomatoes in your daily protein count?

Not only are they incomplete proteins, but their BV and Protein digestibility is so poor that you're not really getting any decent amount of protein from them for them to be of any benefit to you. Don't include them in your daily protein intake.

Complicated much!

Just my humble opinion but supplement overkill (I know you didn't want to hear it but I'll leave it at that!), and it looks more like a cutting diet! Why do things the hard way - 11 times you stop to eat or take supplements! "Do you have a job Sir"?

Add some calorie dense foods and make your life easier!!

Yeh I know... I realized I hadn't looked at my diet so I went crazy trying to make something up :pfft:

But I'm just going to stick to the simple supplements for now and just smash back a variety of food, tracking the cals on my ipod
