I'm just under 5 foot 3 and weighing about 66.5 kg. I've put on about 13 kg of muscle over the 13 months I've been training and sitting around 10% body fat. I'm competing in the Wellington show this year and looking to be taking out nationals as well as put on another 8 or so kg by the end of the year, so I'll be about the same weight as my older brother PD who I'm sure you're all familiar with (Power-lifters' especially). So who else is entering this year, no matter what show and aiming for nationals?

NZFBB Teen nationals title wont be tough. There wernt even any competitors at nationals in the teen catagory last yr. Youl win just by showing up.

I'll just smoke whoever stands in my way anyway hahaha

How do you intend to do that? You refuse to eat enough!

f*ck up. You're too busy at your mrs house getting your dicky sticky so you don't even know how much I eat.

You should have a think about powerlifting bro. You could easily do this alongside bodybuilding.

I kind of want to because I love seeing the strength gains but I love seeing the mass gains even more. Plus, most of the great powerlifters are around 6 foot or even 6 foot 6 or so in some cases.

Not so. Most top powerlifters are well under that. Coan was about 5 foot 5 I recall. Pomana not much taller. Hooper is shorter than me and you.

The SHWs maybe tall but you won't have to worry about that.

I think for me it would depend also on a few factors. Like if it were power to weight ratio then I might enter something or just weight in general but for now I think I'll stick to my mass building and focus on going for nationals.

Good stuff mate. The bledisbro in November maybe a good thing to have a crack at. This is a raw comp and will likely be after your bodybuilding.
