"If you are overweight, particularly if you have a fat neck (collar size over 43 cm or 17 inches). This is because more muscle power is needed to hold the throat open if the neck is fat, and so the throat will become more narrow as the muscles relax during sleep."

One reason above & I have heard that one of the first places that we put on fat is around the neck. Not sure tho if this is fact but weight does have a bearing on it.

My neck size is 47. Can you imagine how much they have to cut off the arm length?

47 holy shit. You would just about need your shirts custom made!

I got a whole lot made in China to keep me going. I did get one in Ballyntines recently and the young shop assistant found it all amusing. Remember I have a huge waist also.

And short arms!

Pants must be a bitch.

Evey shirt I get is tight around the back and arms really have to hunt for a brand that caters for the more husky short gentleman. :pfft:

Ive been using a CPAP since Jan 2007. When I did my sleep clinic the specialists couldnt believe that I had competed for so long with the lack of quality sleep my body was getting. The CPAP has been a life changing experience (for the better).

Might have to get you to talk to the boss bro.

If its bad bro I wouldnt hesitate. I was fortunate to have a close family friend (who is a Doctor) staying with us when he heard me gasping for air one night and organised a clinic for me the very next day. You would be amazed what a difference the CPAPS make. You'll be and feel reborn...

LOL - if he puts on the amount of lean size you did when you first got the CPAP we may soon have the world shortest SHW! :pfft:
