Critique my NOT SO ULTIMATE SUPPLEMENT STACK!

I need an NO booster with or without caffeine for preworkout and an NO booster with no caffeine for at night.

You don't need an NO booster, OTC NO boosters are bullshit that have no real benefit other than making you look slightly bigger than you think you are whilst you're checking yourself out in the mirrors at the gym. That's why they are so popular, got nothing to do with longterm muscle growth. Prescription NO boosters might give you woody but OTC NO boosters aren't what they are made out to be by some of the supplement pushers.

So your saying boosting NO will not maximise blood flow to muscles to increase nutrients, oxygen and anabolic hormones?

What I'm saying is, over the counter NO boosters won't do anything like what you are thinking they will do for you. Your body does a better job of increasing NO levels during exercise than any OTC NO booster ever will so why not just rely on what your body does really well naturally.

Unless you want to show me some evidence that boosting NO levels through oral supplementation in strength training athletes actually has some long term positive benefit to muscle and strength then personally I wouldn't bother with any of the NO boosters that are currently on the retail market. However if for some reason you think the pump is a benefit or if you have high blood pressure, then use an NO booster if you want. Just make sure to use it with a decent antioxidant, those pesky free radicals will get you every time. And maybe a little lysine if you've got the old HSV lurking in the system. Chicks don't dig that no matter how big your muscles are.

You asked the question turkey

My point is anyone who wastes so much time designing some over the top 'supplement stack' that costs more than food or hormones that's read from google is an idiot.

Could you please confirm if typing with one finger will unbalance my grip? Or should I use all fingers to ensure good overall balance? I do get very sore thumbs typing all this bullshit from an iPhone.. Could this lead to overtraining?
