I'll abstain from critiquing each item and what you believe they'll accomplish, and just say that looks like one hell of a waste of money that could be better spent on good food. Not saying you won't make good gains using all of those supplements, but it's total overkill and I'd be willing to bet you could make the same gains with a solid diet and a few basic supplements.

Out of curiosity how much would that cost you per week or month?

fish oil caps with breakie, lunch, dinner :)

if you need to add even more to 'up' the spending!!

you could add glutamnie, gabba too

Enough glutamine in the other products. And it lowers the effectiveness of another product.

good luck with those nitrix tabs :naughty: .if u weigh anywhere near 200lb u wont notice a thing with 2 tabs

How many would you say to take?

Agree with most comments above, also drop the NITRIX (IMO)

I needed a NO booster with no caffeine (because it is also used 1hour before bed) so if anyone knows another cheaper NO booster without caffeine let me know.

chicken is cheaper. and gear.

But, good luck. Let us know how you get on.

Umm, I'm not taking the stack, I just made it up.

And I'm going to make the stack cheaper tonight. Was trying to stick to powders. All that PVL stuff was in one place and what I needed so I just picked out that.

Killer pimp stack cuz, this what first came to mind when i read it.

aerodynamic,crazy,custom,van,japanese,spaceship,van-41e69b591de1854c4f0c95d7e9b0835f_h.jpg

Get cheaper brands, wholesale or bulk alternatives.

Horleys and Musashi? Really!? These guys like sponsor you or something?

This your secret ay!? Fkn Horleys \:D/ time to get me some riped factor lol

Way too expensive noogah. May as well spend that near $30 a day on popping anavar \:D/

Mutant Mass is overkill, standard wpc, with some xtend(or its components), creatine, and a range of carbs. Just read the stats of Inner Armor Quad, that stuff is pretty darn good.

At least theres a good dose of beta-alanine and L-Carn in there so as it actually works.

"Increase energy and get more reps per set to stimulate hypertrophy"

Don't know if it works to directly stim hypertrophy does it? That lactic acid is a signal for growth, beta alanine lessens that effect. With all that fkn supplement food I dont think you have to worry about getting more reps out lol.

I think GABA and ZMA would be good, and having a few ZMA and Oats as carbs with ya whey in the morning as a natural AI and free test booster.

Crazy stack bro, if money was not a factor yeah man I'd be hitting up Gaspari, Optimum, Ultimate and Scivation EVERYTHING, just for the taste and convenience.

Please buy all this and take a photo to put up in the "what i bought today" and "what I ate today" threads :D

lmao that is crazy homes!!!

ok just my suggestion

BCAA should be had by themselves not with whey protein,as the presence of other amino acids slows down absorption as they compete for receptors.

creatine could be cheaper just make sure it is creapure creatine

drop the nitrix as hennie said, waste of time and money.suggestion would be buy some powdered bcaa and have between meals or better still during workout.

Well I have my reasons for why it's there:

1hour preworkout - Maximise blood flow to muscles to increase nutrients, oxygen and anabolic hormones. Increase energy levels and enhance postworkout muscle recovery and growth

Before bed - Increase high growth-hormone levels which peak during sleep prompting greater hypertrophy, frees zinc in the body

Are you going to give me a reason why I should drop it other then "waste of time and money"?

if u take nitrix i suggest taking 4 tabs three times a day on empty stomach and if lucky u might start noticing bit of fullness in ur mucles buy the end of two or three weeks.

i have tried couple of 360 tab containers to give it a good go but i find it gets in the way of regular eating so i wont be buying it again.

i agree drop it and add chiken or fish or smthing.hope that helps

i tried taking nitrix just before workout too.i took 6 tabs before workout for few weeks.choping the recomended servings just dosent quite cut it. :naughty: if u try it u have to stick to the directions just take 4 tabs each serve though at 3 i couldnt tell if i was taking anything or not.for it to work it has to be in ur system all day long.u have to keep taking tabs after 7-8 hrs

i find even 1 scoop of superpump250 ends up being way better and cheaper for workout.

but who knows u might be diffrent and it might do its job at 2 tabs twice a day(i wont bet my money on it though).

pre workout - caffeine and L-arginine ,one is a vaso constrictor one is a vaso dilator.

before bed-

http://www.t-nation.com/free_online_art ... inine_scam

read the whole thing, you need large doses via Iv to get the desired effect.I'm just trying to save you some money bro.

I would be very surprised if the big boys on this forum go out of their way to make sure they are getting arginine in their diets.

now dont get me wrong i take pre workout supplements and its purely for the wakeup and something to sip on during my workout.

my stack is as follows

whey protein, cottage cheese and bluberries, fish oil caps, zinc ,some pre workout supplement,BCAA powder mixed with thrifty to sip on during my fasting time,Metamucil, green tea .

that's it,i don't believe in any other supplements.the rest are all fillers or require large doses and large periods of time to show any benefits.

over the years if you look into the research for a lot of these supplements you will find dosage is the key which a lot of these supplement companies fail to mention, beta ecdysterone anyone?

beta-alanine looks promising though, might add that to the stack.

So if arginine does not work what can I replace it with?

I need an NO booster with or without caffeine for preworkout and an NO booster with no caffeine for at night.

Im not to fussed about keeping elevated NO levels at night ,just get my zma and good 8 hrs of sleep.

switch your pre workout meal 1 to 2 hours before workout need your tummy a empty for the bcaa's or whatever pre workout stuff your having.

Have BCAA's during your workout or before your workout or get a pre workout supplement if you need a little extra for the gym (jacked or 1MR works for me )or you can continue taking your caffeine pills instead.

That would be my recommendation

You don't need an NO booster, OTC NO boosters are bullshit that have no real benefit other than making you look slightly bigger than you think you are whilst you're checking yourself out in the mirrors at the gym. That's why they are so popular, got nothing to do with longterm muscle growth. Prescription NO boosters might give you woody but OTC NO boosters aren't what they are made out to be by some of the supplement pushers.
