Was searching the net looking for some info and stumbled upon this site, seems to be lots of people on here full of valuable info which will benefit me heaps and i hope to add my knowledge where i can.

Started working out earlier last year. Did a half arsed job of it really only trained 3-4 times a week and still ate junk and drank lots, still managed to put on 7kgs of muscle and lost some fat. Have got some advice from some good trainers in christchurch and have started a new program for myself. Training 5 times per week now, eating 5 times a day all protein filled meals along with mutant mass shake twice daily and with a pre workout drink.

Got a pinch test done today and came in at 10% BF so not a bad start, plan on keeping it below 10%. Am 6ft tall sitting on 80kg at the moment and plan building lean muscle, see if i can put on another 8 this year.

Look forward to hearing all your thoughts aswell as all the criticisms.

Not Ripped and Not Concerned is what I keep telling myself lol. Do you have any goals of competing in BBing or other strength sports?

I see your gains were awesome, gains sky rocket and things will start to slow down, but doesnt mean you can slack off on training and diet.

I'm not sure about building muscle while keeping a certain bf :pfft: as I started off with fat instead of starting lean.

Just find what works for you and stick to it
