Hey Everyone,

Just going to put it out there and see what comes back

Ive been training for about two years and gone from 70kg to 100kg. But I want to take things to the next level to become a bodybuilder and I think I need some help doing it.

If theres any bodybuilders one here that train at Less Mills Auckland and want to take me under there wing I would REALLY appreciate the help.

If your massive I will do whatever you say. Take whatever I need to and eat as much as I need to if not more.

Thanks for the help

Spen

Haha ok well maybe I didnt write that very well....

Am only 27 so am no dirty old troll looking for action. I know Les Mills has a reputation for it but if you know any better gyms in Auckland please let me know.

And as far as taking anything I mean supplement wise. But I'm in no way saying I would never take steroids.

Surely your arms and calves can't be bigger than Deanos. Surely not...

He could teach us all a thing or two on growing bigger arms/calves.

Talk to Garry (Jones) he is one of the PTs there who specialises in BodyBuilding.

Yep I'm biased! He trains a lot of the big boys and is one of the organisers for the Auckland Pan Pacific and NABBA/WFF Nationals.

If anyone knows his stuff it's him

If you want a good nutritional plan to go with it talk to Leanne Simays (nee Grindrod) also an organiser and JUDGE for NABBA/WFF, 2refine1@gmail.com

I'd 2nd both those suggestions and I'm not biased.

Garry is the guy past Pros and Mr NZs have all gone to, or their trainers have gone to for tips.

Leanne knows more than any other nutritionist because she's done BB to the highest of levels and her partner as well. if any chick knows what a guy should eat and the results of that diet, it's Leanne

I'm extremely biased! you cannot go wrong with GJ, Wendy or Leeanne - they will definitely set you on your way. All bb champions, title holders, with a wealth of knowledge. Give them a bell or stop in and say hi at their store. They will look after you.

+1

For nutrition see Dean Geddes, his office is the door next to the supplement shop BodyFuel in the gym.

Dean has been my nutritionist since 2003, and has taken me from nobody to two national titles, Overall MR NZ and IFBB Pro League (3 comps).
