Fluctuating between 71 and 75 and bf is prbably round 10%. Some people reckon round 8% but I really don't think so but never been that great with sizing it up with the eyes

So a lean body mass of say 67 kg? What will you be on stage?

i watched your video, ur not 8%bf not even 10% i highly doubt.. i am leaner than u and im like 12.

i think some of u have fuckwits doing ur measurements or dnt really know what 8% looks like
