I am a 36 year old newly qualified REPs registered Personal Trainer in Christchurch (New Zealand - yes Earthquake central as of Sept 4th 2010)

I wanted to say hi to everyone and let them know my philosophy of training is less about body BUILDING (sorry guys and gals) and more about BODY USING (ie muscles built and designed for specific Life Purposes)

I am now starting to follow a 'Paleo' style intake and am starting to get into some 'enjoyment fitness' routines for my clients rather than the old gym route

So would welcome any criticism or encouragement from those in the field

What so i can't post or have opinions :pfft:

Won't i gain information to help clients who want to build \:D/

You can't learn anything from someone who might have more knowledge in areas you don't? :nod:

I might not be a body builder but i have shrugged 200Kgs in the last 6 months and i am 36 yrs old and only weigh 75Kgs!!! lolol

I squat the same fron t and back - due to a couple of injuries this year - first was quad pulled muscle and 2nd was my left medial meniscus damage which stopped me training legs for 4 months!! so obviously in that time my left leg pretty much disappeared - lots of symmetrical outage at moment lol

this year's target to get both legs back to being the same size again!!

Finally got balls to add my own pic - lol i'm not a 7 day a week training person - i am a fitness enthusiast rather than get ripped bodybuilder type - but i think i am in good shape for a 36 yr old

After all - the world record holder for the most sit ups has a gut too lol!!!

If I am becoming a stockist of a NZ Made product and wanted to let people know about it - would i be able to let people know on here???

I am becoming a stockist for BCAA powder you see and L-Carnitine - so am wanting to find out where on this site (if i can) I can let people know to contact me should they need these products etc?
