hi peoples

my name is Preston and ive jus taken up residence at the Mangere Community Gym, not on a program as of yet but getting round to it.

i have spent the last 10 years on and off work outs n diets and finally decided to go about doing things right and thoroughly this time.

im a 28 year old male that works out on the airport, think along the lines of baggage handler and dont hate me for it haha, my diet is shocking which is why i have turned to a forum for help =)

i'm about 173cm in height and weigh in (at last check) 117kgs.

im after all sorts of advice cause as i've noticed on forums, advice here is less consumer product affected. As in you give a real answer as to an answer just to push a product.

mainly wanting to slim down and tone, that's the first goal

any help and advice would be greatly appreciated
