Pins and needles in back

Lately I have been getting random pins and needles in my back muscles for a few days after doing heavy back exercises (like max weight deadlifts) any idea what could be causing this? Is it anything to worry about?

Would be only speculation Bro but if you have a heriated disc with nerve impingement symptoms can include pain, electric tingling sensations & you can feel these down into your glutes and hamstrings or legs. This can also be sciaticia which has similar sensations from the lower back but further down into the calf & foot with pain in the periformis muscle in the glute common. DLs definately agrevate these injuries. Might be best to get your MD or Chiro to check it out if persists.

Do be very honest with you bro, i dont think its a question you want to post here or any forum. It's something you realy need to see a specialist/GP about.

If you are looking for advice from other people on here that had something similar and treated it themselves you are going on a very wonky road. Go and see a your GP or Chiro and let them take care of you mate. Take it from someone that self medicating/diagnosis nearly cost me my ability to walk. Back pain or anything spine related is nothing to mess around with.

Just my 2c worth but i lived an almost very real nightmare with something similar to your problem and i didnt take it to serious untill it was almost too late.

Good Luck.
