Most people like to add a second or third substance to their stack second time around. So as long as you're running a solid test base, running deca or masteron alongside can see improved gains. Losing bodyfat has more to do with your diet and cardio than what gear you run. You can always cycle Clen or t3/t4 to speed that up if you're worried.

Would be good if we had a bit of background, what did u run first cycle? How long and what were the results?

i get so f*ck of when i hear guys looking at putting 5 to 10kg muscle there is no way anyone can do that as the body (and that is what type body you are can put that much on). about the best one can do is about 2kg in one year with good food, gear and training also resting and one more thing weekly deep massaging and your age.

as for you skinny guy your best would be about 500gms and to work this out you need to do a full bodyfat test and not the one that takes your age into account. do this from start and then half way and at the end of your cycle but like i said this take a year

i agree theres lots to get right to gain muscle even with the help of aas.iv gained about 2kg over the year, done 1 test/d-bol cycle.

its not as easy as some people think to gain muscle,(after loosing water and leaning up before the next cycle).

Its real easy to put weight on, harder to put lean muscle on!

From Jan 10 to Jan 11 put on 12kgs and its not all good! hence cutting now

:-s Do you guys know each other or something?

I know plenty of guys who have put on 5kg+ in their first or second cycle if properly managed.

Think you are a bit harsh on the numbers Allen. Yes the average gym rat might only put on a couple of kgs lean muscle mass over 12 months but much depends on body type, genetics, training methods, food plan as you have mentioned but also guys that carry a high percentage of lean muscle mass can easily put on 5+ kgs over a year with everything dialed in. Typically you would be using 2g+ of AAS PW & 12iu of gh & 20iu Insulin ed to achieve growth in the 5-10 kg range. Justin Wessels Mr Aust NABBA/WFF put on 7kg lean muscle mass to take out 3rd spot in the Universe last year.

hmmmmm Ive trained female clients who have gained more than 2kg of muscle in 2months naturally so I think a guy on cycle can gain a bit more my last cycle i gained 10kg and lost 2.5%bf over 3months so thats a little bit more than this supposed 2kilos

i also think you could gain 4-5 kgs of muscle a year if you train hard and eat right.

but how much have you guys gained? discuss your cycle/yearly gains...i think this is more helpful than ballpark assumptions. keep it relative in terms of water retention and bodyfat.

the only way to get a true & accurate # would be to talk pre cycle weights wouldn't it?

like not from start of a cycle to finish of a cycle, cause i am sure there would be some ridiculous numbers out there.

yes musclenz i know that guy and i was there at that show. thats the type of guy that would gain kgs when doing things right. but how big can one get if they think they can put on 5kg every year and if they were 80kgs and by year 10 what size would one be and who knows of someone thats 150kg at 4% bodyfat and is 5ft 7. i know from were i was then to were i am now has been hard work to get to 96kg mass. my goal was to be 100kg at 4% on stage but its looking like i will not get there as the next stage with a cycle of the right gear and 2 more years is getting out of reach.

to this day guys at 5ft 7 are at there very best in the 202lbs or 92kg at 4% or lower body fat

dexter jackson is 5ft 7 maybe even shorter and he won the olympia at 237lbs

dexter is a genetic freak add to that 2 to 4 grams a week off steroids and 7 to 10 iu off gh every day igf, insulin along with training and nutrition and you have a man capable off winning the olympia

wow alot of talk about this

yeah i think 2kgs is a bit harsh , you can easily put on more with the right routines, diet etc

as for the cycle im thinking a test base + something else? deca? dbol?

what would you recommend doseage wise? im not looking for a high dosage just a small-medium bump if that makes any sense? nothing too extreme over the 10-12 weeks

thanks again hope I dont get flamed for my newbieness!! :)

Did you do your first cycle blind or something? You should know what your next step is already. What did you run last time? .. how much and how long for?

.... :P No harm in asking for advice or what worked best for others is there?

But you havnt supplied any details of what you did in your first cycle.. how can anyone give you advice if they dont know what youv already done?
