Hard-core gyms on North Shore

Hi All

I'm fairly new to NZ and looking to join a hardcore gym for those days when my motivation is lacking. Les Mills just doesnt help motivate me.

I'm after a no frills gym, where people wanna train not pose.

Any ideas for such gyms that are based on the North Shore?
