The most pleasing part of this teams progress so far for me as "adopted coach" is Ross' efforts. Ross suffers from a chronic lung condition and his lungs are "baggy" He has been diagnosed with the lungs of a 103 year old man! Training at times has been tough but we got him through to his first of many comps. seeing my wife and daughter on the platform together doing battle is hard case too...you should hear the smack talk!

The out take at the end is out of water bottle bro...Im not complete mongrel...yet
