So I'm thinking of competing and know it'll take a year or so of hard graft to get in best condition but for starters gotta get BF down - so here's my lunch today - critique as you wish!

100gms Chicken breast

1/2 cup spinach

2 celery stick with peanut butter (yummy!) prob 2/3 tbsp of light peanut butter

5 cherry tomatoes

4 vita wheats (the little ones)

1/2 avocado

12 olives

Hmmm - on the face of it, not too bad, good quantities of protein and healthy fats, but...

Kinda hard to critique it in isolation - was lunch your #2 meal of 3 for the day, or #3 of 6, remembering the advice others provided about moving to smaller, more frequent meals (although as you saw the value in that is debatable).

It'd be easier to give advice if you posted a whole day's food (you're 5'4" 67kgs (48kgs lean tissue last check) 27% ish body fat, yes ?)

All what TFB says

Post a pic and we can give a better appraisal

Pics coming! For dinner last night it was 6 small dumplings (bioiled) and 200gms courgette, 100gms bamboo shoots and cup red cabbage, stirfired with oyster sauce - didnt fancy even minimal carbs last night. Lunch was second meal btw ;)

Tea...hmmm - hot sweet milky PG Tips or Twinings with three sugars, or green tea/ white tea (which, it turns out, have beneficial effects on the metabolism) ?

Someone's obviously told you about the water so that's fine

Lunch sounds good, tho :)

Milk but no sugar!!! I was weaned off that ages ago. And some herbals here and there.....must try this white tea I've heard its yum ;)
