heres my diet, any pointers and suggestions or advice would be helpfull

thanks in advance :)

mass building diet: TRAINING DAY:

wake up: 7:30am

upon waking: 8:00am

40g whey,

1t glutamine

500ml milk

2t instant coffee

Breakfast: 8:45am

eggsx4 (poached or scrambled,fried)

wholemeal breadx2 slices (toast)

and

oats 1/2c,milk,banana x1,1T flax oil. 1T PB

mulit vit x1

fish oil x1

Pre workout: 9:30am

1 scoop jacked

1/2t creatine

water

9:45am start workout

water 2xbcaa caps

11am pwo

1t creatine

whey 50g

2 scoops carb powder dextrose

water 500ml

Lunch: 12:00

brown rice and tuna,brocoli

milk 400ml

nut pack x1

Arvo meal: 3pm

steak or chick

brown rice,cous couse,quinoa,sweet pot or potato

brocoli

Dinner 6:30pm(limited carbs)

varies each night but protein and good fats included

multi vitx1

fish oil x1

8:30pm

nut pack x1

10pm: pre bed (no carbs)

caesin 30g

milk 500ml

glutamine 1t

or cottage cheese and caesin powder.

NON-TRAINING DAY:

no pre-wo

swap pwo shake for:

oats,flax oil,flax seed,banana,milk,protein powder and peanut butter,chia seed in blender.

and have creatine at some stage

Never meet anyone who made quality muscle gains by eating fat. Meet loads of people who got fat from it though.

You're referring to eating a lot of high calorie foods, not strictly dietary fat, right?

Agree with SG though, Looks like a decent diet. No real need to cut out carbs entirely before bed though, if you want them eat them.

just under 6ft, 85kg

body fat im not sure on, lost visable top 2 abs 1-2weeks ago. so im quessing 12-15% BF

i gotta get calipers

f*ck calipers, If you look fat, you need to bring it down, if you don't look fat you're fine

If you lost sight of your abs in 2 weeks you are putting on fat!

Bit more cardio maybe?
